Getting drained is something I regularly hear from clients who approach me for my work.  Another thing I hear the most is, " I do all the work yet I'm not able to reach my goal or conclude my project with the results I was hoping for". There is not much to it, only a simple understanding. There are givers and takers in this world. If you're getting drained it means you are giving and someone else is taking from you.
